What are some methods to make hair grow longer?

I have medium length, curly hair. Like all blonde hair, it is a bit thinner and finer. I have always had very long hair, but when I cut it, it didn’t grow back. I am currently using a strengthening shampoo but it seems to make no difference.

I want to know if there are any natural remedies or "methods" that will start the growing process.

Thanks!!!!

1. u should stimulate your scalp by giving urself a weekly 10-minute scalp massage to increase blood flow and promote growth (u can just a few drops of jojoba oil to nourish ur hair more deeply, then shampoo)
2. use a shampoo and conditioner loaded with vitamins A, B, C, and E and minerals like zinc and iron. they feed your hair so itll grow long and heathy (try Mineral Fusion Columizing Mineral Shampoo and Conditioner, u can find it in Whole Foods stores)
3. get regular trims (like around 6 weeks) cause damaged split ends slow hair growth. use leave in conditioner too to condition ur ends
4. if you have dandruff u want to control it by using a copper-bristled brush and shampoo with zinc because the dandruff flakes block your follicles, preventing hair from growing easily

i hope that helps (^^) remember though that after ur hair reaches past ur shoulders its harder to see the growth process so be patient and good luck :)

My sister has that problem and she has tried everything. Right now, she is on a vitamin that really helps. It is called biotin. It is natural and also helps grow your nails longer. She also tried this amazing thing at Sephora, i dont know what it is called but they will know if you ask. It is like this leave mousse that works amazing. I mean it truly works
